A Clay-Earth Oven!

We will:

A renewable energy wood-fired earth oven is a traditional means of cooking if all else fails. When people and friends gather together it is also a means of sharing a most natural cooking experience.

After this workshop you will know how to design, build and use your own earth oven and appreciate the magic that goes in, and comes out of this wonderful resource.

You will also have great opportunities to enjoy fine walks and beautiful countryside, appreciate the centre and what it offers, share fireside entertainment, discover more about yourself and natural sustainable living.

Jonathan Eveleigh has worked as a baker, renewable energy engineer and natural therapist. He supports people in becoming more sustainable and self-reliant and is helping to set up a community land project in Portugal with his partner.
